I usually clean up after the kit is completed if it doesn’t take me a couple days. I like to start each kit with a new work space!

Putting tools back, checking for unused parts, and clearing scraps before stopping can make the next session feel much easier to begin. It is also fun seeing how everyone has their own balance between a clean reset and leaving a tricky section exactly where it is.

@Grey74 that balance makes a lot of sense. Cleaning up is helpful, but pausing in the middle of a critical step can sometimes break the flow, so choosing the right stopping point is its own little building skill.

You have a really nice workspace!! Personally I always keep a trash bin right next to me so I can toss out scraps and cut-offs immediately. I just can’t stand a messy workspace too, so keeping it clean as I go is a must for me​:heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

I clean up every time I’m finished building. I make sure to put everything away properly so I don’t have any pieces missing when I’m ready to continue building later on.
