I went on another crafting retreat long weekend with my friends and wanted to work on a kit while there. I didn’t want to risk damaging my current wip Star Workshop by trying to take it with me traveling. So I grabbed a kit I thought would keep me busy for a few days and be able to finish while I was gone. Well…It is a bit more intricate than I initially thought it would be. But I am really enjoying it. All diy cut and glue. I made all the little items for it before wrapping up our getaway but still have a good bit to do for the walls, floors, lighting etc. But here’s some of what I did while I was away. The last photo is from the instruction booklet.

@Smith42 Wow, the level of detail on the table setup is amazing! The mini tea set and rose turned out so neat. Leaving the heavy lifting (walls/floors) for home is definitely the smart way to travel with these kits. Looking forward to seeing it all come together!

That sounds like such a fun crafting getaway! It’s always nice to have a kit that can travel with you, even if it turns out to be more intricate than expected. Oh my goodness! There are some lovely things in this kit. That bed looks amazing and a little egg chair is so cute. The bubble bath really caught my eye. It’s coming along so well

Are these little pieces hard to put together? Everything looks so delicate and soft! Honestly, I just want to crawl into that bed and go to sleep… zzZZ
