I tried replacing the battery-powered power supply of the DW006 Bubble Tea Kit with a new Type C power supply.
The replacement was quick and easy. Now I don’t have to change batteries anymore and I don’t have to worry about battery leakage damaging the circuit board.
The result is a bright light with just one plug-in.
I will continue with the remaining old power supplies.

It’s best to have everything connected to USB-C; batteries are a hassle.

It is awesome isn’t it! I had just one of my super creators came with a battery and I definitely ordered replacement USB box for that too. So so much easier.

ThaoNguyen, this is such a smart upgrade for the DW006 Bubble Tea Kit! We love that a simple Type C switch gave you a brighter light and saved you from battery swaps and leakage worries. What a satisfying little improvement, and such a handy idea for your other old power supplies too!
