Me too, I loved getting to know the characters and visiting again and again. I became an author and write a series now, for the same reason - I love the characters and never want to leave!
I’m a library reader. I have a favourite library where It’s calm, quiet, nice interior. And I love to just pick up some books, sit down and read them. Specially if I have some snacks and some cold drink besides me. I can sit for hours. 
This is why I also think libraries hold the best childhood memories. The library card felt like a golden ticket to infinite worlds.

This is also a very special book for me! My elementary English teacher played the movie adaptation in class. When it’s time to go home I rushed to National Book Store right after to buy the book. It was so much better than the movie!
