Welcome to Sunday.
As I write this, I am at work but my mind is elsewhere ha ha
Two builds down this week, and tonight and tomorrow, I will work on my nemesis.
I really find my time working on miniatures (Rolife and others) so calming.
Been online shopping and managed to work the coupon deals just right at Temu so have Rolife and Rokr kits on their way.
This week, I’ve finished the post office (and loved it).

I realise that the parcel at the front isn’t perfect but I think it’s more authentic to be slightly damaged!! lol
I’ve also finished the Magic Ring. I’ve had my eye on this one for so long and so happy to do it.

Had a few issues with it - as you do.
Had a breakage on the roof support but managed to repair it thank goodness. Fat fingers!
Then I got to the end and realised that I had the roof on upside down and back to front. Had to remove the chimney, wiring, and attic to fix it!
Although the kit was mainly snap in, it was still fun. And I still managed to get get glue everywhere on my hands.

I use 100% acetone with a paper towel…takes the glue and paint right off my fingers.

YES! It has to be the 100% acetone because the stuff that smells good will NOT work! @Tkaplan

I like the looks of the post office…but that Magic Ring kit is just adorable! I am in love with any kit that opens up so that you can see all of the hard work on the inside. The added moss on top is the icing on the cake. Beautiful! So what do you have in mind for your next kit?

It turned out pretty good omg!! and yess heavy on fat fingers because how many times did I break parts or the parts themselves would be too small for my fingers so putting them in their places turns out to be a hassle :sob:

Your builds look fantastic. I love that the package is a bit worn out because that’s really how most of my packages arrive hahaha
