I have this old completed kit, Music Box Seymour, that I’ve been eyeing to paint. Something to practice with first. It looks pretty boring as is. It needs color.

It’s really cool…but I’ll be perfectly honest when I say that I have pre-painted all of mine BEFORE assembly. I have never attempted to do one afterwards as I fing it much easier to paint on a flat surface and not have to worry about straight lines on the edges. I wish you well if you attempt to do so.

It’s not really that difficult. It may look daunting with all the tiny parts but its doable. Having nimble fingers though would be advantage for the teeny tiny parts.
