The Leisure Time Tea Room is now complete! Even if I had challenges with the warped pieces (which I had to do some heavy sanding and use of resin glue), I’m absolutely thrilled by the meticulous details that bring it to life. Just look at the beautifully crafted cakes, tea boxes, and tea cups! The fact that it’s openable adds an extra layer of magic. It’s truly a masterpiece of elegance and beauty.

Very nice Michelle! I did not know this opened until tonight! I am about 1/2 to 2/3 done. I have been doing some painting though so that sets me back. I am thoroughly enjoying this though.

This is beautiful! Another kit to add to my wishlist!

This is the first build that Ive noticed has a opening door, like a traditional dollhouse. I love that.

Right?! I’d love to see another one that’s openable. I enjoyed it when I made an Infinity train cabin that has a door that opens like this (from my previous posts). You should totally get this kit. I promise you’ll love this.

I have not…YET. I have only made one that opened up like this and I LOVED it for that reason. There were SO many tiny details inside that I wanted to be able to show them. I don;t think you were a member here when I posted this one. ☃ 🎄 All things Christmassy

If they make more kits like this I’ll definitely buy them all, eventually. It’s like a proper book. Oh imagine if they make a story book version! :weary_cat: That would be so cool!
