Leisure Time Tea Room is a bit different from all the miniature houses I’ve built so far. It actually reminds me of a Polly Pocket since you can open and close it anytime which makes it extra fun to display and even play with.

What really caught my attention at first was the color. The dark blue stands out so much compared to my other builds and I honestly love how unique it looks on display.

For this kit, I also got to try working on door hinges for the first time. Out of all the miniature houses I’ve built, this was something new for me. They’re so tiny so it wasn’t that easy to put together but it’s satisfying once the front and back pieces finally come together properly.

And can we talk about that red couch? It looks so realistic and instantly became my favorite part of the whole kit which added to whole vibe.

@joy.licerio I’m actually posting backlogs. I am using this platform as a little diary to keep track of all the kits I’ve built in order. I just finished my 17th kit. This is my 14th which I built mid Feb :blush:
