Got my quarterly blood test report. Liver not good but everything else improved (sugar, good bad cholesterol, not total cholesterol, kidney, triglycerides). I know, after getting my results, I want to reward myself for all the lifestyle changes I have made since February. I got the kitchen set coz my diet is one of my biggest changes.
no. this will be my 5th but I have a good reason to get it. and something to represent a point in my life. this kitchen set will commemorate my health journey in 2025. This has been a difficult year but not impossible.
Good to hear that you are doing well. Health is very important. As a pharmacist myself, I love looking after my community. So feel free to message me if you need any advice.
Congrats on sticking to the life changes, its definitely hard but worth it in the end Youre hella strong, never forget that I hope you enjoy this kit soon! I believe you said it comes in on the 5th for you i hope your liver gets better soon! Sending big hugs and i wish you the bestest of health
It’s a wonderful thing when lifestyle changes help with improving your quality of life I hope your journey ahead is a successful one. That’s a lovely commemorative model.
Thank you. This blood test is the last major thing I need to do this year. Now that it’s done I’m getting myself ready for Christmas. Will get a mini Christmas kit in November!
Wonderful! I just recently shared a really cool one. Maybe you might like it? It’s called Christmas Wonderland. Would you like for me to tag you on it? @Clarice629
It’s depending on what supplements as well. If your liver enzyme is high, you should consider taking Milk Thistle. That will help support your liver function.
I know we talked about this on Facebook, but I wanted to encourage you here on the forum too. I’m really glad to hear most of your results have improved—that’s such a big step forward! It’s wonderful that you chose a kit to celebrate your progress. As I mentioned, I’m also dealing with a chronic condition, so I truly understand how meaningful these moments are. Wishing you continued strength and good health!
