A few weeks ago I gave my bestie a spare Cathy Flower House kit that I had here. She has dabbled in minatures and she is really crafty so I know whatever she does with this kit is going to be incredible! 
She has just started and sent me this photo and I’m just so happy to share this amazing hobby with my amazing best friend! 
When she makes some progress and adds some special touches I will have to update you all!
She will certainly make it special, thats for sure - just like she is! 
How nice that your friend has also started building. The beginning already looks good.
She is an amazing artist, I can’t wait to see what she creates! She has a cool idea for the easel and painting

How nice of you to give the kit away. I was also thinking today of giving the plane i won to a husband of a colleague to build. They will also attend my meet up next year.

That’s so sweet! I love seeing people get their friends hooked on this hobby, it makes everything even more fun! I can’t get my close friends to join me though 
So nice I’m hoping to get her another kit as a Christmas gift but one that I have so we can do them at the same time!

That’s a nice idea to get him started! I think those smaller kits like the aeroplanes and hot air balloon would be great introductory kits!
I would really love to get her another kit that’s the same as one I have so we can build them at the same time and see what the different end results are haha a buddy build 
maybe that’s something we could do in the community with people who already have a matching kit and want to customise!
Awww have they tried both types the rolife and rokr? It’s not for everyone! Maybe you will meet a new friend doing it!

Yep. I got a few hooked actually but they are not ready to join this community yet.
