Today something really special happened :face_holding_back_tears:

I was at some friends’ house and somehow we ended up building the Wooden Flower Bouquet TW01H together. Her partner had gifted it to her a while ago, but she hadn’t dared to start it. She had tried wooden flowers from other brands before and didn’t have a great experience, pieces not fitting properly, parts breaking… so the box had been waiting patiently.

At the beginning, I helped her read through the instructions and gave her a couple of small tips, mainly how to position the pieces and that sometimes you need to press a bit more firmly than you think. And then… she just took off on her own and did amazing.

I built the lilac flower and the eucalyptus stems, and after that she got inspired and arranged the whole bouquet so beautifully. It turned out absolutely gorgeous.

It was such a lovely day. I had the best time!

There’s something truly special about having friends you can share this hobby with.

Yes!! She had an old bouquet made of dried flowers, but after a long time it didn’t look so nice anymore, so she thought about reusing some of the dried flowers and adding them to this new one. I think it gives this bouquet a really lovely touch :heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

It really was!! There’s something so special about helping someone overcome that little “I’m scared to start” feeling and then watching them enjoy the process. And being able to share that time together made it even better. Definitely one of those simple but perfect days :blush:
