I can’t see them 
That’s a great tip thanks @Nita_Davis. My father-in-law is a retired painter and it was amazing to watch him colour match. He could see colours in things that I had no idea of. I’ve always been very artistic, so the fact I couldn’t see what he was seeing just further showed his amazing talent.

That is so awesome that your dad was a painter. Whenever I am helping my customers to choose their colors they don’t see them either until I bring it up like this brown has a bit of a greenish tint…and THEN they see it… I absolutely love helping them out and they are always happy with the color. @Jo_Zanella congratulations to your dad on his retirement

I ended gluing a couple of other things as well…but I would rather do so than to have things falling off the walls.
agree. Those little stickers are only so good
I love them for little things but not so much for other things. They are great for some purposes but I usually glue my furniture in place and anything that seems it might hard to hold.
My major mistake on this one was forgetting to put the red countertop on the right-hand shelf. I had to pull it off and doctor the table runner to try to match from a piece leftover from the back side. Also, my sticker got tweaked under the cupcake display. @Nectarines

Your gingerbread house looks absolutely delightful. We can really feel the care you put into the painting! The extra Christmas colors make the whole scene warm and cheerful.
The way you rerouted the light string and painted it to match the red wallpaper stripes is such a smart idea~ It blends in so well that it took me a moment to notice it. And the tiny sprinkles on the Christmas cupcakes are an adorable detail.
