👍 [Rolife DIY & Creativity] Adding Tiny Tales to The Muse Bookshop

How cute are these!!! :face_holding_back_tears::books::sparkles:

I love the latest project the wheel picked for me to do …

To be honest, I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect one myself.

I created tiny versions of the “Before the Coffee Gets Cold” series by Toshikazu Kawaguchi. These are on the list of my favorite books. If you’ve read them , you know how special they are. I love how the short, heartfelt stories explore love, regret, second chances in such gentle and comforting ways. The kind of story that’s simple yet leaves a huge impact - just like how these tiny builds are for me - inspiring.

There are only four of five in the series on the bookshelf because i placed the latest one beside the coffee - I thought that would be the perfect place for it.

Lastly, I added “Welcome to Hyunam-dong Bookshop” by Hwang Bo-reum, which I am currently reading. This one feels like it’s made for the project or vice versa - slow, thoughtful, and cozy - exactly the atmosphere this miniature build is giving me.

Overall, I am very happy with how this turned out. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

What a creative mind you have! I love how you’ve posted this, specially adding those little books according to what the real ones made you feel. This may be one of the most from the heart posts I’ve seen. Amazing job and Miniature!

Have you read We’ll Prescribe You a Cat? I’ve been planing to get it as well. Just need to find the time. :face_holding_back_tears:

I admit I stole the kitty off mine and painted him. I then travel around kits with him and a few others! I know it is a little silly but fun.
I liked this kit more than I thought I would. It turned into a fun little build. I cant find my link. I am thinking I never posted it since it isnt in my activity box

It’s actually a good idea to paint your kitty (what paint did you use?) … and to move your kitty around … it makes the miniature world come alive. It’s like the cat strolls around and rests wherever it feels like.

I wish @rolife miniatures could include golden retrievers in their kits, too.

I used a combo of my acrylics. Mostly my acrylic paint markers. You can see them in my builds as I feature my guys at the beginning and end of each!

Oh these books are even better than the rolife kit you added to the non rolife kit!! How do you measure things correctly for you to be able to scale the images correctly, if I may ask?
