So I made myself open a new kit after weeks and pick up all my courage, you know what they say about falling of a horse (I had a major break doing a wooden kit a few weeks ago and just stopped building all together), so I’m going back to when i started building and doing a plastic kit getting back into it and hopefully building up my courage going back to wooden kits, so this is the one I will be doing getting back on the horse and this is what’s in the box

Wooden and plastic kits are nowhere near the same, but at least you are getting back to building. I hope that all goes well and that you enjoy this plastic model.

I hope you’ll slowly regain your confidence in building. Take small steps at a time and I’m sure you’ll start to enjoy it again.

I really like the design of this but just not plastic, I would prefer metal or wood. Enjoy building

I am sorry to hear that you were discouraged. Every mistake is a learning experience. You are a stronger crafter because of the experience you have e gained.

One step at a time and you’ll get there! :pink_heart: You’ve got all of us here cheering you on! And before you know it you’ll be back to working on wooden kits too!

Just take your time and build at your own pace. Take it slowly and pause if you need a break. I hope this kit will help you to get back at that wooden kit. Enjoy building and looking forward to your finished product since I’m also curious what it looks like to be build. I don’t have that yet.

Won’t be going very fast because I entered a cross stitch SAL again today also where I get a new part of the pattern every Saturday during 2026

I think this is a fun build to start with again. I’m sorry to hear that a wooden build almost stopped you, but I’m glad you’re trying again. Have fun, and I hope this build doesn’t have any problems.

my husband is not really a fan of them, but hey i think they are cute and fun to build

put it on my phone charger and it works already

This is such a neat kit! If you decide to get serious in to doing plastic kits, I highly recommend getting a glass file to sand down any nubs left from cutting the pieces out! You only need one and it sands down the nubs and makes it look like they’ve were never there while also keeping the plastic nice and shiny looking! It’s what I used when I used to build gunpla!

I love this @Fieke_Vanderbeken , hope you enjoy this and get your passion back. The good thing with wood pieces is that they are easy to glue back together with a good wood glue, I also use a wood filler if there is a bit of a gap. A slight sand and you are back in business!

I like that they don’t need batteries and you can use your phone charger for them
