ROKR Mechanical Age Rhinoceros Beetle Organism's Awaken is my next build

Because I’m stuck on the Pink Dahlia (no I didn’t break a thing this time) just need some husband advice this evening. So decided to prepare my next build instead.

Although I have some appointments with my son and daughter ad the dentist and a monthly check up with my daughter at university Hospital Ghent this week (we are a bit nervous about they going to say there), just going to take a slow week with my children while they have a school holiday week this week, just enjoying having them home from school this week, so i have some visiting Mc Donalds planned with them this week and before University Hospital Ghent Thursday going to IKEA Ghent having some HUVUDROLL with my daughter

This is what’s in de box and I will do some progress updates and will do a movie when I finished it posting the Instagram link in the finishes post in here

@TheToday I just don’t like doing wooden kits all of the time and I really like the insects, and i couldn’t keep my wallet closed again this time, so ordered the swings yesterday, first one came today, tomorros the other 3 are going to be delivered

Oh, nice! I’ve made the Fisherman one out of those four, and additionally the Santa on a Sleigh. They’re nice and relatively quick builds! And it’s fun to make them move :stuck_out_tongue:

I hope everything goes ok.

I like the mechanical ROKR kits but I’m afraid of bugs. :grimacing:

I think I’ll be safe if I just watch you.

I just love these…and when Christmas rolls around again, hopefully you can add the Santa sleigh and Santa on skis to your collection. Not a huge fan of the insects, though…LOL!

Looking forward to your progress here. It’s uncommon to see that kit here in the community so I’m excited how that thing will turn out.

Just a little bit of building today, my son and daughter had an appointment at the dentist and after the dentist we went to Mc Donalds, tomorrow on the agenda my son with ASS had a hairdressers appointment, Thursday it’s monthly appointment for my daughter at university hospital Ghent and eating HUVUDROLL IKEA Ghent before that, they keep me busy this week in their school holiday week

Nice start to your build. You have a busy week this week, so it’s good that you can get a bit of building in.

progress on the Beetle, but I’m stuck on it, when testing it doesn’t move, so I need my husband to take a look at it this evening, already reopened it 3 times but I can’t get it to move

It’s looking great. Husbands are fantastic to help out when things aren’t working as they should. I hope he sorts your problem out.
