📖 [ROKR Journey] “White Camellia”-AF011 (part 1)

Today I want to try the “White Camellia” from the ROKR “Floral Art” series.

Here are the contents. I think the added tissue flower holder is an interesting aspect of it of this model.

I’m really glad the kit came with this clipper tool. It is important for removing the pieces from the grill.

The stem reminds me of a tempering valve for plumbing. This kit has some strong technical aspects. The instructions may be overwhelming for some individuals. I was squinting a bit more than I usually do.

Once you get the first row in you will start to understand the mechanism and it becomes easier.

The petals contract and extend.

Second layer installed

The center is last.

Gorgeous! I love the way light reflects off the petals. It captures some of the beauty of real natural flowers.

Wow! It looks beautiful already

Those instructions do look intimidating. Thanks for sharing these photos. I am considering buying one of this.

Oh it’s really beautiful! :white_heart: The plastic flowers are such a pleasant surprise!

I initially thought that was a nail clipper and I wondering why it was included.

A video might demonstrate the mechanism better if you ever find yourself stuck on this model. It’s very pretty. I could see it being a good aesthetic for your collection.

I thought it was nail clippers too. I was happy they gave me something to disconnect the flowers. It’s a very useful tool for this kit.

I was so happy they game me a tool for separating the plastic petals. I’ve never built a set like this so I didn’t have any good tools handy.

The beginning looks good. The instructions seem a bit overwhelming, but I think if you read them step by step, it will be clear. Good luck with the last part.
