What a wonderful first meetup! It’s so heartwarming to hear how everyone connected, helped each other, and discovered the joy of building together. You should be so proud of creating such a welcoming and inspiring experience for the community! 
The turn out was fantastic but the best part was hearing the attendees talk about how much value they got out of the discussions.

I would love to do the same ones as it seems such a good variety. Can you share how many you invited, what method of sharing the invite, how many RSVP versus how many attended, and how you presented the request for consent to photograph? Hope this isn’t too many questions! Thank you again for sharing this!
I held the event for 20 people and I used google forms for registering and I also had a wait list I created. I also sent a reminder email about one week before. I prepared the consent form along with name tags on the table in front of each seat and just explained it to them and then collected them. Everyone agreed to be filmed and photographed so I was lucky in that regard.
