I wasnt happy with the colours of the tank so i found my acrylic paint i had left and am repainting the tank in dessert yellow and will add darker camouflage later. I read the wheels need to be a dark grey insteadof black so need to repaint them to

I agree with you. Yellow is bright. You should need grey

I love the dedication to the Desert Yellow! :artist_palette: It’s funny how we start these kits thinking we’ll just follow the instructions, and then suddenly we’re researching historical wheel colors. :joy: I’m currently waiting for my own kit to arrive in a couple of weeks, so I’m using your repainting updates as a reminder to check if I have enough acrylics in stock! yeah, this is my first model of this type so i want to get as close to the real thing as possible.

yeah and my hands shake a bit when i paint so this is a struggle haha.

it is less bright then it looks because of the flash van the camera. it was first a kaki brown and that didn’t seen correct. this yellow looks closer to the original

it is all about painting haha, if i want to become good at plastic models and diorama’s i really need to work on my painting skills
