[Relaxing Moment] Break time

Ohh I see, sorry bout that I thought you’ve already started it I guess I just mixed it up with your other post with the cute colored fabric beds and sofa:smiling_face_with_three_hearts: Please post updates once you start building it, I can’t wait to see your progress on that one. Maybe I will also give it a try after I am done with this

That looks wonderful. I have quite a few of these kits in my stash but haven’t pulled them out to do yet. There is something so satisfying about completely DIYing something.

It really is the best feeling, thank you! There’s something so therapeutic about seeing raw materials turn into a tiny house. No rush at all on your stash, but if you ever decide to pull one out, please share it with us! I’d love to see which one you choose to build:heart:

I am never NOT building. I have only switched gears for a minute…and I am always sharing.

Thos gravity swing kits are to stunning piece for a table, & watching it swinging is another pleasure :heart_eyes:

@Nita_Davis a one- or two-day simple build sounds like a smart reset after a full week with the beach house. The black-paint shortcut for all those Watchtower ribbon edges is the kind of hard-earned advice other builders will remember. Enjoy the gravity swing break.

I’ve never tried one of the gravity swings kits but it’s so fun seeing other people post about them. The sailboat looks amazing! I like the starfish in the sail.

Hahaha, thanks for clearing that up! Now I understand. I can definitely see why you’d rather edge paint than glue tiny strips of ribbon onto every edge. That sounds much more time consuming! Since painting is your favorite part, I bet you would’ve actually enjoyed doing that instead.

I have never tried a gravity swing before but it’s surely cute! Looking forward to your build.
I like the hammock! You’re doing fine. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

They are quite soothing to watch @Vinay

Aww the little details look perfect!! They also look so tiny, idk how you do it but they look amazing! I don’t blame you for wanting to take a break lol it looks really difficult but good for you for making it this far!!

OMG I agree. No ribbon for that!

Thanks so much @Cozy.little.palette I love the challenge in the DIY kits…bit they are sometimes overwhelming. Breaks are needed, for sure.

You’re most welcome! I feel the exact same way. Breaks are always good. I’m going to do an easier type of kit and then hopefully a really big DIY that I just got! It has a ton of flowers and plants so I’m a little stressed lol

Those plants are definitely a killer. Best of luck to you.
