Such a lovely day!
Our DIY & Crafting Special Customization Edition, was such a fun and memorable meetup.
Held at Caerus Coffee on September 26, the mall was already buzzing with people because there was a celebrity in the area. Despite the crowd, our participants arrived on time and ready to craft!
We originally planned to use the dining and open area, but the cafe was kind enough to let us use their function room, which turned out to be the perfect space for our meetup. Everyone slowly settled in—some grabbed coffee, while others immediately started catching up and chatting with fellow crafters.
One of my favorite parts was seeing everyone arrive and discover what was inside their Robotime Customization Kit. The reactions were priceless! Everyone was genuinely surprised and excited by how generous Robotime was with the kits and goodies. 
I let everyone choose where they wanted to sit, and I’m happy I did. Instead of staying with people they already knew, everyone had the chance to meet and chat with different members. By the end of the day, it really felt like one big group of friends.
Then came the best part—crafting!
Also, after a little introduction at the first part, we went through the mechanics for winning the Robotime tote bags. Everyone wanted to join, of course! But we only had limited tote bags to give away, which made the activity even more exciting.
Some participants were so thrilled that they managed to finish their kits during the meetup and even added their own creative decorations and personal touches. It was so fun seeing how everyone interpreted the customization differently.
And honestly, time flies when you’re crafting! Before we knew it, it was already time to wrap things up. We ended the meetup with a group photo and a group shout-out, but the conversations, laughter, and excitement continued until the very end.
What made this meetup extra special was hearing everyone say how happy they were to be part of the community. They enjoyed checking out each other’s crafts, meeting fellow builders, sharing ideas, and simply spending time together. And of course, the biggest question before everyone left was:
“When’s the next meetup?”
