Recap of Philippine Club Meetup 02 - March 8, 2026

DIY & Crafting Club Meetup 02

March 8, 2026 | Moshi Gran Cafe, One Ayala, Makati

Our Robotime PH Meetup last March 8 was a wonderful success! We had a full attendance of 20 participants, and some kids and friends joined in the fun as well, making the gathering even more lively.

It was my first time hosting a meetup for such a big crowd, but everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I quickly felt at ease talking and building with them. The group was a great mix of beginners and experienced builders. Some participants who usually work on Super Creator kits were even trying wooden puzzles for the first time, which made the experience even more exciting.

The calm and cozy atmosphere at Moshi Gran Cafe added to the relaxing vibe of the event. Everyone enjoyed good food and drinks while working on their creations, making the afternoon feel both productive and fun.

Of course, the tiny pieces gave many of us a bit of a challenge! A few parts broke along the way, but thankfully nothing that a little super glue couldn’t fix. In the end, everyone with the Evergreen Pine Bonsai and some with the Ocean Fisher Gravity Swing and Starry Night Wall Art managed to complete their builds. They proudly admire their finished pieces. The Daily Fresh Flower Story Frame had many intricate details, so participants are looking forward to completing the remaining pieces at home

Since the group was quite large, I wasn’t able to spend as much time with everyone as I had hoped. Still, based on the feedback I received, I’m very happy to hear that participants had fun and found the event relaxing and satisfying. Many are already looking forward to the next meetup — and some even wondered when Robotime will open a branch in the Philippines!

Thank you to everyone who joined and helped make the event such a memorable one. And a BIG THANK YOU to @Robotime for making such events possible

I really enjoyed this event! Everything was prepared for the participants! I’m not a beginner at Robotime kits but seeing how this event was set up, I believe it’s something that a beginner would definitely enjoy too! :sparkling_heart: Being provided with all the tools needed to build the kits takes the intimidation away from beginners that might feel overwhelmed with crafting. Also, the community is helpful for beginners that might have questions about their kits or need help about certain parts. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I’ve been spreading the news with other friends as well so they can have the opportunity to finally try building their own Robotime kits without feeling overwhelmed. :heart_hands:t2:

Thank you so much for all your efforts, Ms. Jill. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
