Hey Robotime Community
I hope everyone is doing well
What have you been up too? Anything fun or exciting? What new builds are you trying? Glad we could catch up ![]()
Kalvin and I were at the store a few days ago, he somehow picked this up without me knowing
. I was very determined to get it done when he gave it to me! It was definitely a challege but not a challege that will defeat me! Mwahahahah! While doing this kit, I did learn quite a few new tricks ![]()
One thing that is different from this kits is youre given yellow and white cords and a LED light. You’ll have to strip the wire yourself and wrap the wire around each of the LED prons to make the postive and negative charge.
If any of you are attempting this build and need a hand with something, don’t hesitate to DM me! I know this build is a little harder, I’d love to help whoever needs it!
Here’s a little video of the whole process of putting this build together, I wanted to use the song Lollipop by Aqua but couldn’t find it so this will have to do ![]()

For this build, I used super glue in some areas because i found the glue I was given wasnt holding the structure so well. I used both types of glue for this build! The glue i was given I used to put in the bottom of buckets to hold things, or if there was a gap on the bottom of something i was trying to glue, that glue was great for that. Just took longer to dry ![]()
Heres’s a video (totally different style then the first vid, if you want let me know which one you prefer, 1 or 2?) of some close up photos I took of the build.
Side note: Robotime has really changed my life, from my depression to anxiety to my general feeling everyday. Building and being an ambassador is something I never thought Id be doing years ago, lets just say Im happy this happened. I met some of the most amazing people in the Robotime community and my own. The video really is true to me, this is what makes me happy
Tips and tricks I learned and can explain
:
- when stripping a wire, you only have to strip one side. After you do that, you can pull the rest away and just snip it off to make that easier.
- To wrap the wire around the LED prons, hold the end of the pron against the plastic part of the wire so the wire and the pron are beside eachother. Use your twizzers, wrap the wire around the pron, just like using a wrench. Once its wrapped you can move it up or down as needed. Holding the end will help keep everything from moving and I found it a lot easier then trying to hold the top and wrap it around.
- If I can think of anything else, I’ll edit this post.
Heres a little photo gallery and this concludes this post! I hope this helps anyone and i hope you all enjoyed the post. Until next time!
Last video! Lol Man I put a lot of time into this post ![]()
