I’ve noticed many people who have issues in navigating the website. When I first started, I even had a hard time navigating from my computer. While trying to help somebody who claims that the website is confusing, I noticed while on my cell phone that the tab for learning how to navigate the community does not just pop up at the top. It does on my laptop but it doesn’t on my phone. I’ve also had people contact me who say that they’ve never received an email claiming that they were accepted as a member. Has anybody else had this problem and how do we solve it? @Robotime

Please ask them to check their email spam box, the activation email may go into their spam box.

I experienced something similar when I first joined. I can definitely see how new members could get confused.

I have absolutely done so as is shown in the first picture. This person still has not received it according to them @Robotime

I had this happen to someone. She never received an email. I reached out to Robotime and they had to do something in their end. They said her email address caused it, it ended with @embarqmail.net or something like that.

Not for invites but I do experience trouble when I use my phone and Ipad. I cant post or comment properly when I use my phone which is Samsung fold. My guess is the interface is not compatible with my phone yet. So, I try to use the Ipad but I also encounter some problems.
Thank you for that information @Tkaplan . If he doesn’t receive a confirmation soon, I may ask him for his email. Some people are not comfortable in doing so but we will see.
I am sorry to hear that. I’ve just noticed that so many people who are invited never ever participate because they find the site hard to navigate. When I tried to find what I was looking for to share with this person, I couldn’t find it while looking from my phone. I think that this is exactly why we have such small participation in the group @joy.licerio

I hope they can figure this out soon and be able to access the community forum.
I think it depends on the gadget being used. Some features may not work in mobile devices. Navigating the forum is easier on the desktop.

I truly think that a lot of people have that same problem because they join and then never participate @joy.licerio

I was also quite confused when I started. I did find my email in my spam folder so new members should be aware of that.

I felt overwhelmed too at the start. I agree with you, it deters new participants.
Hope they can improve this soon.

My 2 friends had the same. 
Even after telling this Facebook friend to check their spam email even 24 hours later, they had not received it @Zoe_Lau

@Robotime as ive mentioned to you my daughter has checked her spam emails and tried a differnet email address and it still does not work
