Depending on your device being used, you may need to click somewhere outside your text box, then select the icon and will see choices. I use an ipad and it can be finickywith the website

Another thing I would mention is that you wanna add a photo before any text, if you want that photo to be seen as a head picture before opening your topic. Not sure if I’m being clear enough 
Again, thank you all for being so helpful. While I am at it, a question about changing my email address. When I signed up, I had to use my gmail address. I never use it and don’t particularly like Google. I went to my account preferences and it does say i can change my email address so i tried. Even though they said a confirming email would be sent it apparently goes to my gmail address. I suppose i will have to figure out how to get into my gmail account unless there is another way to change.
It could be that @Robotime has to help you with this. They have some controls in place to protect integrity of this due to point awards and things.
I tagged them on this so that they might help you as needed.

About video if you have long video, you must upload youtube and share link
If you are using a laptop, you can simply paste it or use the arrow that point upward that says upload.

I think the question has been answered. I would also like to add that if you’re going to make a post, you should select correct tags and clear the text in the description before typing your own post.
Just a tip if you haven’t noticed this yet…when you choose multiple pictures to upload at once, they load in reverse order. That’s annoying if you wanted a certain one to be listed in your post first, so I have learned to upload the important pictures individually first and then any others can be uploaded at the same time. I hope I explained that ok. 
I don’t recall that that has ever happened with me. Maybe it depends on the device you are using? @Tkaplan I don’t usually upload too many at once though, cuz it takes forever…from my phone. On laptop, I do two at a time.
