Hi Jill,
Welcome to the community. You are never too
old to craft and become addicted to building miniatures. I’m not sure if you at be the oldest but there are definitely some members close to your age.
I hope you share some of your builds.

Hi Jill :yellow_heart::sparkles:

Welcome to the community~we’re so happy to have you here.

Sixteen miniatures is already an amazing journey :puzzle_piece: And honestly, choosing the typewriter kit as a challenge is seriously impressive! Those tiny details can be tricky even for experienced builders, so please give yourself credit :blush:

We’re also really glad that building miniatures has given you something comforting and exciting to look forward to. That kind of joy and creativity is exactly what this community is all about.

Wishing you lots of fun (and patience :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:) with the typewriter build~ we can’t wait to see your “best one yet” :sparkles:

@Tropic89 welcome jill im from uk to ! Your never to old to craft ! Age does not matter here ! We all love our kits and engaging in the community ! :blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom:

Welcome!! Age isn’t a sign of getting older. It means experience. I’m 52 and get told I still act like a teenager :sign_of_the_horns:

You’ve done a lot already and that typewriter scares me as I’m not very good with mechanical work at all. Hope to see your work in the future!

Welcome… Age is just a number you’re as young as you feel and even though I’m “aged” I still feel young in my head. This hobby is really great to keep your mind and hands active.

Welcome to the community Jill! Wow, 16 is quite a lot.

Welcome to the community. I think that you probably are the oldest member and that’s very admirable that you are still doing these. I hope to still be doing them at 77 as well. I would love to see your collection

Hello and welcome Jill! I am not far behind you! 68. I swear I read a post from a gentleman who was in upper 70s but cannot remember who that was! Either way, as others said, it is fine and we are glad you are here!

16 kits is no joke. You are already a craft master.

Welcome to the community Jill! I look forward to see your creations.

Welcome to the community Jill. It’s so nice of you to have found this hobby. Feel free to share pictures of anything you build, we all love to see that,

Welcome to the community, age can’t be a wall between you & your miniature building passion, hope you will enjoy your stay here
