Hi, anyone tried to order a missing part replacement from a new purchased product? I tried to fill up their form online and as soon as I upload a file or a photo of the missing part it won’t let me. Any ideas how else to contact them? TA ![]()

I have not had any problems..and I’ve used their service 3 times. They don’t respond to the emails, but the part will shop up. I have always done this from my laptop…never on my phone. Maybe that is an issue? I hope that you can get the issue resolved so that you can proceed with your model.
There service are really good. I havent encounter any issues. You might need to refresh the page if that happened.
