The curves were difficult to not crease the card/paper but rolling it around something certainly helps to give it shape. Thanks Jerry.
I think that the chandelier is the draw card of this build and it was so easy to make.
I think the chandelier and the lamp are fan favourites
What’s your workaround? That’s my struggle
I don’t pull the whole sticker off the sheet but using tweezers, I fold the book a bit at a time while the bulk is still on the sticker sheet. It’s a bit slower to do but definitely gives a better result.
Hehe gotta come and support my fellow potato before I miss this post. ![]()
It’s definitely a stunning build and right now I’m leaning more towards getting this instead of the amusement park. The foldable sticker books do look like a nightmare.
I can sense myself rage quitting hahaha.
Thank you for that. I will do that to my next kit of there’s any. ![]()
That will definitely be the case, thank you very much.
I love how majestic this feels…like stepping into a beautiful cathedral. That chandelier is the perfect touch. You’ve done a great job!
No talk about quitting. You can do this.
Well done @Suzanne_Jones it looks stunning ![]()
I thank you very much @Jill_Francisco
What is the missing part? Just curious.
Well done. It’s beautiful. The details of the kit are well detailed especially that mini lamp.
It was a support piece for the roof. I worked around it with no issues.
The roof still looks fine. It’s great that the one missing part doesn’t have much impact on the roof so you don’t need to dissamble the kit.
I absolutely love this kit ![]()
I’m really hoping to build it someday too, it’s been on my wishlist since I saw it. Seeing yours makes me want it even more! ![]()
It is a magnificent looking build. I hope you do get it Wendy.
Oh this is beautiful! Now I may be kind of sorry I did not get this for February prize!
I’m sure hay you’ve got is going to be just as great.
I love any kit with chandelier. It gives such a charming look to the build.
