Happened to pass by a Michaels (Canada) yesterday and went in. They had a pretty selection of models and came across this cute little thing!! Used my 30% off coupon and bought it! Didn’t realize you have to paint all the wood until I looked it up online. This would a first. Adding it to my stash for now.

Ooh, that sounds like such a fun find! And 30% off makes it even better. :joy: Having to paint all the wood will definitely make this a different kind of build, but it could be really fun to customize everything exactly the way you want. Another one safely added to the stash! :heart:

I got this one as well at a Michael’s here in the US. I didn’t know I’d need to paint the wood until I read your post. Thankfully my mom has a lifetime worth of acrylics left over from her tole painting years. I’m even more excited to do this one, now!

I really love this DSXX series! Each kit creates such a small and cozy scene, which makes it feel so rewarding when you finish one. And the best part is, it doesn’t feel exhausting to build!

Cool choice! The typewriter looks interesting.
You dont really have to paint, you can use some wallpaper instead. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
