How to get updates on posts you're interested in
Click the profile icon on the top right corner and select “Preferences”
In the “Tracking” section of Preferences, you can control how topics are tracked and marked in your feed.**

“Consider topics new when” – Sets the time range for recognizing new (unread) topics based on their creation date.

“Automatically track topics I enter” – Defines how long you need to view a topic before it’s automatically tracked.

“When posting” – Determines whether you’ll automatically track or watch a topic after replying.
- Here, you can set how closely you want to follow certain categories or tags. Choose to watch, track, or mute based on your preferences — and control how much content you’re notified about.
- Then click the ‘Save Changes’ Button.

Step 1. Sign Up for Robotime Community
Step 2. Click “New Topic” icon.
Step 3. Create your new topic name - Use one brief sentence to summarize your topic.
Step 4. Select the category that best fits your new topic (Is it about ROKR or Rolife?).
Step 5. Select or Create a tag that fits your topic — it helps other fans find your post faster!
Step 6. Use these functions to add text, images, emojis, or videos… to complete your new topic.
Step 7. Click “Create Topic” to post your new topic!

Step 1. Click the Reply button at the bottom of the post or on the right hand side of the post you want to respond to.
note:
- The “Reply” button at the bottom of the page addresses the entire thread and the original post
- The “Reply” button beneath a comment lets you respond specifically to that comment.
Step 2. Mention users to notify them.
If you want to address a specific user type @ and the relevant user name.
Step 3. Feel free to add emojis to your replies to keep the spirit light and friendly.
Step 4. Appreciate other users’ insightsby giving them likes and reactions.
How to Use Text Editor and Formatting Tools

If you’re posting from your phone, tap the top-right button to expand the formatting toolbar.
1. Quote Whole Post
Use Case 1: Reply to a specific comment, or continue a discussion from a key point someone mentioned.
Steps:

When replying to a comment, click the Quote whole post button.

Then your text editor will look like this— you can trim the content (inside the red boxes) to keep only the part you want to respond to.

2. Strong (Bold)
— Shortcut: Ctrl + B
Use Case: Emphasize important words or phrases.

- Select the text you want to emphasize, then click ‘Strong’ button or press
Ctrl + B.

3. Emphasis (Italic)
— Shortcut: Ctrl + i
Use Case: Highlight specific terms subtly.

- Select the text you want to emphasize, then click ‘Emphasis’ button or press

4. Underline Text
Use Case: Emphasize keywords with an underline.
Steps:

— Shortcut: Ctrl + K
Use Case: Add links to your text to guide users elsewhere, while keeping your post clean.
Steps:
- Select the text you want to add link, then click ‘Link’ button or press

- Paste the URL in the pop-up box.
- Then your text editor will look like this.

6. Blockquote
— Shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + 9
Use Case: Quote someone’s words or highlight key content.
Steps:
- Select the text you want to quote, then click 'Blockquote ’ button or press
Ctrl + Shift + 9.

7. Preformatted Text
— Shortcut: Ctrl + E
Use Case: Preserve text format for code or aligned content.
Steps:
- Select the text you want to preformat, then click 'Preformatted Text ’ button or press
Ctrl + E.

8. Insert Video (≤10MB)
Use Case: Upload and display a short video.
Steps:
Click the Insert Video button. And upload your video, add an optional poster image and subtitle.

Use Case: Upload images or videos to your post.
Steps:
- Click the Upload button. And choose the image/video you want to upload.

Use Case: List items clearly with bullet points.

- Select the text you want to add bullet point, then click ‘Bulleted List’ button or press

Use Case: Present items in order.

Use Case: Add personality and fun to your post.
Steps:
- Pick one from the emoji menu — it shows up as text while you’re typing, but turns into the emoji once you post!

Use Case: Layout images with accompanying text on the side.

- Select your image code, and click the Add Content in the Left button.
- Add text next to the image, then your text editor will look like this.

Use Case: Align text or images to the left.
Steps:
- Select the text, then click ‘Align to the Left’ button.

Use Case: Center text or visuals.

- Select the items, then click ‘Center Content’ button.

How to Use APP to Access Robotime Community On Your Phone
Download the Discourse Hub from App Store
Open the App and Tap the Discover at the Bottom of the Screen.
Enter “robotime” in the Search Box and Click “+” icon on the right of Robotime Community, and the Site will be added to your Home Screen.
Tap the Home Screen and Click “Robotime Community”
Click “Log in” at the top of your screen
Enter your “Email/Username” and “Password” to Log In or Click Sign up to Create a New Account
You have successfully entered the community!
How to upload video (>10MB) in our Community
Open YouTube and Login your YouTube account, click create in the top-right corner of your homepage, then select Upload video.
In the new window, click Select files and choose the video you wish to upload from your folders.
Fill in the Details section by entering a Title, you may optionally add a Description.
Scroll down the window, under the Audience section, select No, it’s not ‘Made for Kids’. And then click Next in the bottom-right corner.
If no adjustments are needed under Video elements and Checks, proceed directly to the final step by clicking Next.
Complete the Visibility section by selecting Public, then click Publish.
Your video has now been successfully published on YouTube. Copy the video link displayed at the bottom of the page.
Finally, head to the Robotime Community. Create a new Topic, select a title, category, and tags, then paste your copied video link into the input field, Your video is now successfully uploaded to the community!
How to Set Up The Community Email Notifications
On the Robotime Community homepage, click your profile picture in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, locate and select Profile.
In the left-hand sidebar that appears, click Preferences.
In the new window, select Email. You can then modify your email notification settings below. Finally, click Save Changes to complete the setup!
