I’m Joanne I live in Devon in the UK, full of rolling hills, hidden valleys and countryside woodland walks.. A place where inspiration runs wild!
I’m my spare time I love creating and building projects, especially those with wood! Rolife miniature houses is where my love for this company began! These kits are phenomenal and the attention to detail is incredible.. A chef by trade these are perfect to wind down after a busy day and to have the sayisif action of watching the project come to life.

@Nita_Davis I absolutely love what youve done with the cabin to add the fishing aspect! That would be an incredible addition to be displayed in a fishing hotel! I’m not making any changes to the cabin as I feel it’s a little bit of me and where I live

Hey Thankyou! It’s nice to be a part of this and seeing and sharing is brilliant! I found it so hard to choose when selecting.. I would of ended up with many if I had my own way! Bakery house was one of the ones I was so tempted by I always had a passion for training within a bakery so holds a special place with me. It actually turns out in my line of work in currently designing a bakery to be installed in the business.. So maybe I’ll have to buy that kit to tailor to my own dreams!

I hope I can taste the bread that you will be selling one day. I wish you luck for your business to be successful and yes!! Buy the Becka’s Bakery House. It’s really cute and I think that will be a great inspiration for you since you love baking.
It really is a beautiful build I’m sure you’ll love it. Such a mixture of bits to build including the flowers and household facilities. I love the fact it’s got the trees around it, we live beside a forest, the wood burner we have in our home too and also I could quite happily cosy up in a bay window with a book which is exactly what the little cabin has. It’s as if it was designed for me!
Aw Thankyou! It’s going to start off small with cakes, brownies, flapjacks, cookies, fudge, chocolate lollies and chocolate truffles then build from there! So exciting. The bakery will be one of the next investments to build in my spare time I’m sure!

I have made 31 kits. Unfortunately I have many favorites that everytime I make something, it is a favorite!
I have 4 more waiting to build and it looks like the Garage room will be next. I also ordered two more because of a big sale.
which ones are your fav and whats next for you?
So with Cathys, there are 2 versions. An older version that requires much more building with glue and making flowers from their paper. Newer version has more snap together and premade flowers. I admit, I would prefer the new but some like the old.
reach out if you need any help. We are all here for you. If you go for older version, there are several who got through it and did well!
did you already buy? They will have the same name and number. old and new. The older box has the name in a more cursive writing and the newer version is more box letters. If that helps you!
