[Heartwarming] Working on Cozy Kitchen DG159

Yesterday, I had like 2 hours if free time during my daughter’s occupational and speech therapy sessions so I brought this Cozy Kitchen kit then. When I whipped out the bix out if my bag tho, the children who are waiting for their turn in therapy got very curious with this so I showed them the parts and we made an inventory together. I didn’t have photos yesterday because we were all so focused in checking the parts and I didn’t want take photos of the children as they are not mine and I know parents wouldn’t want photos of their children being posted without their consent. I didn’t want to make it all about making content so we just stick to actually being in awe of the tiny parts included in the box. :rofl:

Fortunately, we were all able to say that the parts are complete. So I was atleast able to check :check_mark: inventory on my to-do list before starting building this kit. :star_struck:

Today I’ll have just an hour to work on some parts of this kit and I’m starting it right now. Of course, after the inventory comes making a Plan B. :rofl:

Making a Plan B meaning, scanning the print outs on my printer w/ scanner so of I mess up cutting these parts of lose some of this paper parts,. I’ll be able to just print and cut a new one using my handy dandy desktop printer. :sweat_smile: Here are the templates of the paper parts of this kit in A4 size as usual for easier sizing:

This one was precut so that’s easy peasy. The other 2 sheets are what the “scissors :scissors:” symbol on the box is for like this:

It’s because I need to manually cut them on my own instead of like a pre-scored and pre-cut paper sheet like the other one. :sob:

Gosh, I hope this is the Nanci Sweet Time blindbox that Robotime sent over for answering the survey about scented kits! I am was jelly that my fellow PH members already received theirs yesterday and mine without any news not until now. :sob: Waaaa! I hope I pull a good one when it arrives today! :star_struck:

khimmymade, what a sweet way to spend those two hours between therapy sessions. I love that the kids got curious and helped you inventory every tiny piece, that is such a lovely little community moment. Your care in not taking photos of the children says a lot about you, and Cozy Kitchen DG159 already sounds like a tiny bundle of joy!

For real! 1 of the kids asked his mom to buy one haha. They live near SM Fairview so I told them they can browse in the KKV Store there for some finished kits and maybe buy some when they feel like it’s something they want to try. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Hahaha due to the limitations of posting, I can’t upload my progress yet hahaha tho I was only to work 1 hour on it since I needed to prepare for my nephew’s surprise birthday party today. :rofl: I’m super excited about the Nanci!! So jelly of you and Anne already able to unbox yours ahhhhhh!!! I hope I get a good pull too! :star_struck: What you got (Ghost) definitely is one of the best variations in the Nanci Sweet Time line. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Hahahaha totoo. :rofl: I think nauna ka talaga magsagot ng form. I didn’t even know agad na I won, Anne just informed me since she also saw my name sa group mail. :rofl: Pit for delivery na sya eh but knowing the roders here, they will deliver it mamaya pang late ng afternoon so I might not be home to unbox it agad. :sob: Saturday ko pa malaman what I got hahaha. :rofl:

How cute! I love these kits, although I have to admit that when I stick the papers to the walls, I’m not convinced; I prefer the wood to come already printed with the design.

Same!! Specially with the floor!! Like, directly printed ones have that shine to it that looks more convincing. Paper printed ones are just too matte that ot looks so flat. :face_holding_back_tears:
