Thanks Sue! I was getting ready in the morning and opened a drawer to get something and found a picture of a blue butterfly. I decided it was a sign and used it.

I used a combination. Much was with liquid acrylic paint and brushes. Where I could then I used the acrylic marker pens. Probably about 50% of each

I can still see the lines of original artwork which is nice.
I love how you painted the butterflies! It must’ve been difficult to paint all those small details. It looks amazing!

I do not know if you saw on an earlier reply, but I was cleaning up a drawer and came upon a picture of a beautiful blue butterfly. I knew I had the supplies to do this with my Harp butterfly. I spent a bit of time on this for sure! I also ended up gluing the body as it fell off during a later build of it.
