Problem of Parts

1. Position of B7 part
   
   

Assembling Problems

1. X3 cannot be tightened too much, otherwise it may affect the rotation.
   
   

Functional problems

1. The coffee spout and cup are not operating in coordination.
   Reason is that the markings on the H3 gear and the lateral circular plate gear are not aligned, just need to align the markings.
   

   

2. P24 conveyor belt cannot rotate normally.
   Check if the H17 component is properly installed, it must be as shown in the diagram.
   

   

3. The coffee spout cannot move up or down.
   ① Check if the installation direction of both H35 components is correct
   ② Check if the bushing is too tight, can loosen the bushing slightly
   

   
   
   
   

4. Part F7 moves a small distance or cannot move at all
   Incorrect position of the lower gear, initial position must be exactly as shown in the diagram below.
   

   

5. During testing phase, equipment operation is sluggish.
   ① Check if the gears are waxed repeatedly, gear components must be lubricated with wax
   ② Check if the bushing is pressed too tightly affecting part rotation
   ③ Check if the lower gear assembly installation is correct
   ④ Check if the X2 component is installed in reverse, improper installation will cause the equipment to jam and stop running directly
   ⑤ If unable to confirm the location of abnormality, try removing the belt and manually rotating the X8 component to test if it can rotate. This can determine whether the upper part or lower part is causing the blockage
