Day 2 - Dream Coffee Factory

Today I have built for about 3 hours and I made nice progress. I have assembled more gears and tested it twice, luckily everything is running smoothly so far.

Now it’s bedtime again. Tomorrow I might not build anything since I’m having dinner at my parent’s house and usually I go home when it’s time to go to sleep.

Anyway, I have enjoyed tonight and I’m looking forward to build the rest of it.

You should take a build and get your parents into it! Great family time!

It’s great to hear that things are going well. It’s always nice when things run smoothly during progress. It makes all of the sanding and waxing SO worth the effort. Looking good!

My mom would love to help or build something. But my dad doesn’t share the same interest. He like seeing the end result, but doesn’t have the patience to build one himself

Well done! Mine should be delivered this week and I am so nervous to start. Thank you for sharing!

Haha yes indeed. And in those first steps it really is a lot of sanding and waxing, so I’m glad testing comes regularly so you can get the satisfaction to see it all work.

You’re welcome . Until now everything went well building this, so I hope it stays that way. The only thing I struggled with until now is that for some pieces you seem to need an extra hand to keep it all in place and while applying pressure and putting it in the right position in the build.

But since I’m single I don’t have an extra hand to help me at home :sweat_smile: and with patience I also managed to get it done, so far without breaking any of the pieces. Let’s hope I can keep it that way.

There are times I wish I had an extra set of hands as well…but I manage to get stuff done on my own.

With a little patience and enough perseverance, we can get a lot done with just 2 hands
