I have finally completed my magic harp.. well, sort of. I have completed all of the painting. It worked after I reinstalled the top and then after installing all of the stuff that comes after that, it’s not working again. The bottom carousel will spin with the music. The top column of the carousel is supposed to spin in the opposite direction. I can freely turn it in that direction but they won’t spin together on their own. That little red circle shows where that flower had become a bit loose during further assemblies but I did tighten it up again. I have a feeling that could be where the problem is. Not sure. I have absolutely no idea where the problem could be for the connection between that carousel and the other one. It seems as though one of them is off sync from the way it was put on or maybe something tweaked while I was adjusting other things. I’m not quite sure. I am hoping that @Robotime can offer some suggestion…or maybe @Lucia_Anderson

I hope Robotime gets back to you for suggestions, i would cry if my kit went wrong. The colours are definetly gorgeous especially the details in the kit. Im excited to see more Creations from you

I’m so sorry you encountered problems with the mechanism. I really hope it can be fixed somehow. I couldn’t see exactly how it should turn, but I hope it doesn’t stop you from enjoying this masterpiece!

Yes, I have the same problem. Everything works, but when I put it all together, it seems like the gears don’t have enough strength to move the whole mechanism. I’ve already taken it apart again, and nothing. Has it worked well for you? I haven’t finished yet.
Well, with work I don’t have much time, but I’m making progress little by little.

Thanks so much @Suzanne_Jones I saw one guy on the ROKR page say that he had to loosen some gears. I am going to play around with it, but I WON’T be totally dismantling the whole top section again…because there is still SO much to add on after that is done.

I certainly hope they can help @Lucia_Anderson. I have tried everything…and it’s so strange that the upper carousel will turn freely ( by hand) and the lower part turns when the music plays (the part with the dandelions on it.)I know that you exerted a huge amount of effort with painting into yours as well. Looking fabulous last time I saw it. That one guy mentioned something about his flower turning in the opposite direction of the video, though. I can’t even understand how that could happen…? ?

Thanks so much @aga2713 . I absolutely loved every minute of making and painting this masterpiece of a model that Robotime created. Magical. The notes on the staircase? LOL! Yes, they took a bit of time to do…and I was so bummed when I realized that I was using a dark blue marker instead of a black one. 
I tried to go over it…but it wouldn’t cover the blue
