hello there anyone done the dream coffee factory>? if so I need some help. my model is completed and for some reason the only part thats working is the lights and music nothing else I’m not sure what happened but I know I did move it around from one house to another, I’m thinking maybe one of the coffee beans got stuck in the coffee hopper the thing that spins on top. well I am trying to figure out what may be the issue if I have to take apart to fix and if so how much of it I need to take a part. I am not sure if I have to contact rokr for assistance not sure
please help me with some tips
thank you
Did you test it at other times during the assembly and was everything moving just fine in earlier steps?
yes I did was working fine during assembli
I am so sorry to hear that. Are you saying that you had to move it from one house to another? Maybe something got shifted? I don’t know how far back you would have to go to find the problem. This doesn’t sound good at all though
yeah I had moved and had it packed I’m positive its one of the coffee beans being stuck. I’ll try it that’ way if I can figure out how to take that part off
I think you’re right to suspect something getting stuck. I have the same problem with the dream gift factory. With mine, i actually see the belt where the gifts are attached coming off so i know it gets stuck as it goes around so i haven’t turned it on in awhile ![]()
Ahh I’m so sorry to hear that you having trouble!! Hoping you figure it out soon!!
So sorry you are having these issues. I do not have this kit yet and some of our community members probably was done building this one. Hope someone will help you out
If the model’s movement was normal before the move, it is quite possible that something went wrong during the relocation. Please carefully open it up to inspect it.
No, I haven’t built that one; I hope Robotime can help you.
How super frustrating! I hope you can figure it out. Good luck!
@Jesse_James oh im sorry to read this have you managed to find the problem ? ![]()
hey yes I have its due to the expansion of the wood from moisture in a basement actually googled what to do and it says to let it dry out in a warm room no moisture but I’m gonna go ahead and take it all apart rewax everything and will be that, yes I still have the Manuel lol
@Jesse_James oh right i see … well I hope it all goes well for you takeing it apart and rea waxing … good job we keep the manuals lol

lol yes jo1 well I am going to enjoy taking it apart and rebuilding it. I know the Manuel will help me but trying to figure out which gear or piece is what might be tricky bc some pieces are labeled on the actual piece and then for a certain piece its labeled next to it on the board. I think I’ll be fine. lol
