I think this build is going to live up to its name… Slow Life Café .
Between a busy weekend and another busy week ahead, I feel that finding time to craft is going to be a bit of a challenge. But even if it was only for a few minutes, I couldn’t resist sneaking in a little progress this morning.
Today, I started with the first 2 pages of the instructions! It may not look like much yet, but every build starts somewhere, and I always enjoy watching the first few pieces come together.
First, I prepped the materials I need for each part. Notice, I don’t have a fancy organizer for the parts - just a simple tray which I use to divide the pieces for each part (so I do things by 3’s).
Then, I started gluing things together. Btw, the kit came with glue, but I didn’t use it.
I’m not sure when my next crafting session will be. Hopefully, if I can check everything off my to-do list today, I can sneak in another hour tonight.
One thing’s for sure… this little café has already got my imagination working overtime. More on that later.
For now, I’m just happy to finally have this long-awaited kit on my craft table.
That’s it for now

@Gidge I love how you pace yourself and still make room for your craft. Even if it’s an hour. I would probably do the same thing lol

Even a few minutes of crafting is a win.

You’re off to a great start. Every little step is progress, so even if you can squeeze in a little building time, it’s a win

Agree @Anje_Leonoza_Mira … it helps me reset so yes, even gluing a piece together or painting it is already a win for all of us
