Finally got to take a stab at the notorious shelf I’ve heard so many people talk about from the Emily’s flower shop kit! With a lot of patience I think mine turned out pretty good!

You did a amazing job for such a dreaded part. Any tips for people who want to build this one but don’t dare to start because of this part?

@Robotime Yes it is! I definitely feel like all the builds I’ve done, and skills I built this year have been working up to building this shelf! I am so pleased with how it came out.

@Jerry_Boswijk Thank you! My biggest tips are:

  1. Straighten the wire as much as possible, and once it’s straight, try to make all your bends where you need them on the first try, because once you bend the wire too much it’s hard to re-straighten lol.
  2. Double check your measurements, make sure you’re bending all your wire at the same points.
  3. I used a tiny bit of B-7000 glue to secure the wires in place before I slid the heat shrink on and shrank it.
  4. Last thing, having the right tools for the job always helps!

Took me 2 days but it was super nice :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I needed a break, had a stressful week :joy: ill update you on the roses as soon as i do them!

I always like to do an easier build between the hard builds I do.. a nice buffer lol
