. I did not really get the response that I was looking for because I have been fearing this kit since the moment that I won it in the amusement park contest a few months ago. I have dealt with the spring Motors previously in two other models and they are very scary to work with. Blood was drawn. I was also afraid of trying to figure out colors because nobody really knows what a velociraptor looks like back in those days. After much Googling, I think I have decided on my colors. Tonight I decided not to tackle that spring since it is the first step. My brain told me “not today Satan, not today”
I chose instead to work on the little baby dinosaur coming out of the egg. His original color is all dark brown but I am switching it up a bit. I have colored the egg to my liking and now I am mixing up colors for the main body of the Velociraptor. Previous post…Majority rules. Help me choose
I have mixed up some different shades of browns, khaki and muted sage greens. This will be fun. They had blue stripes on the baby dinos nose…and I immediately said “NOPE, those are going away”… @Jo_Zanella
