I recently got a new display cabinet and we’ve finally finished setting it up! :white_heart:

I’ve moved some of my more recent builds in. I haven’t done much arranging yet, but I’ve stopped giving my builds away, so I don’t think it will take long for me to fill this up.

My partner is getting me some lights to install, and I can’t wait to see my tiny world light up. :light_bulb: My only concern is my builds eventually fading. While the sun doesn’t shine directly on them, the room is still quite bright, and I’m not sure where else to place the cabinet since this really is the perfect corner. :pink_heart:

I’ve been thinking about adding UV-protective film to the glass, but I’m no expert so if anyone has experience protecting their builds, I’m all ears. :blush: I don’t really want to tuck them back into a dark corner where they never see the light.

I love your cabinet. I am also looking for a place to store my kits. I don’t want any dust to it. Haha. Is there a white kind of cabinet that has the same look like yours?

Yup! It’s the Billy bookcase from IKEA! I think white is the most popular choice but my partner convinced me to get black. :laughing: :weary_cat:

I would recommend this to you but you’re gonna need 20 so you may as well ditch it and just install gazillion shelves on your walls. You’re gonna need a whole room. :laughing:

I know! I’m so happy I can finally display them and not hide them in the cupboard hahaha. :laughing: But it’s not a lot of space. :sob:
