Wow! I’m blown away! Did you know that same temple is in Kyoto? I actually posted a photo of it just yesterday! It’s even on the back of the 10-yen coin! To think there’s the same one in Hawaii… I don’t get it; there has to be an explanation!

It’s hard to choose just one because many of the places on this list bring back wonderful memories. But if I had to choose one, I’d say Forbidden City (and China in general) left the biggest impression on me. It’s very humbling to trace my roots through my dad’s side while experiencing so much history.
