A little continuation from yesterday’s “Just One More…” post.
You finish a kit.
You admire it.
Take 47 photos.
Move it around the room.
Find the perfect spot.
Move it again.
Change the lighting.
Take another 12 photos.
And then suddenly realize…
“Oh no. I need to build another one to put next to it.”
Because apparently, finishing a miniature doesn’t mean you’re done.
It means you’ve just created a display problem that can only be solved by building another miniature.
And so begins the cycle:
Build → admire → display → rearrange → “just one more…” → repeat.
Illustration created with AI.
Tell me I’m not the only one.

Hahaha, you are definitely not the only one! Somehow finishing one miniature just creates the perfect excuse to build another so they can have a little neighbor. The cycle is real: build → admire → rearrange → photograph → need another one → repeat!

Hahaha, this is the miniature collector’s endless cycle! You finish one build and suddenly realize it needs a little friend beside it, so naturally another kit becomes absolutely necessary.

I kind of relate to this. Hahaha I’m guilty. I’m also worried that I don’t have any space for my kit anymore.

I can’t even figure out where to put the ‘new arrivals’. Those delivered these past few weeks are still sitting on the bed in our guest room.
