I grew up sneaking moments to open and ply with my dad’s diorama in our old house. At a young age, I was obsessed with the tiny world he built from scratch - little soldiers, huts made from toothpicks, sandbags, grass, everything. Later on, we bonded over making our Christmas Village, adding fake snow, skating rink, lights and all the magic.
Now as I wait for my Christmas-themed miniatures to arrive, I’m so excited to start this tradition with my own kids - keeping the spirit of family, creativity and togetherness alive, one miniature at a time. Shout out to Rolife to expedite my delivery please, I can hardly wait! [sparkling_heart]
This is such a lovely tradition, and your Christmas village has so much warmth and personality. It’s wonderful to see how you’re carrying that creative spirit forward with your kids!
Hiiii@Lainey ~ your story is so heartwarming! Growing up sharing those tiny worlds with your dad and then creating your own Christmas Village together sounds absolutely magical. The way you’re carrying on that tradition with your kids is wonderful, passing on creativity, family bonding, and holiday joy one miniature at a time.
We’re just as excited as you for your Rolife miniatures to arrive! Can’t wait to see the tiny worlds you’ll create with your family.
