🥰 [Rolife - Happiness] Time Travel Book Nook

I finally managed to complete this book nook! I was too engrossed I forgot to take photos of my progress so I guess I will take heaps of the finished nook instead.

This wasn’t necessarily a favourite build as I found some of the parts difficult to work with as they would not snap together without some sanding and glue. And I prefer kits with more tiny details. It was however still a fun build - I really enjoyed making the train.

Can’t forget to include my Teddy :bear:

Close up of the details.

I really like the design of the roof.

The train had a lot of parts to it, it took half of the instruction book.

I would still say this is a enjoyable and quick build and it looks good on my shelf. :front_facing_baby_chick:

That’s such a lovely achievement! It sounds like you put a lot of care and patience into finishing it. Even if the build had some tricky parts, completing a book nook is always so satisfying!

Thank you  the roof was actually a little tricky as it needed to go in two different directions.

The train was definitely more intricate than I had first thought. Every time I thought I’m done with it there’s more to add on lol it was fun

It looks amazing! The train turned out especially beautiful — it really brings the whole nook to life. I totally get what you mean about preferring kits with more tiny details, but you’ve done such a lovely job here. And Teddy just makes the photos even sweeter!

Thank you

Hahaha yes I was trying to fit my phone inside for photos while risking breaking the little parts

No it didn’t. It’s a random figurine I found but I thought he fitted the theme perfectly!

I am so glad you said this!! It definitely reminds me of Harry Potter and that’s why I added the figurine in there

The roof had a really cool design
Didn’t need any glue, you just slot one end in one direction and the other end in the opposite direction and it stays in the grooves, clever design I must say!
