Hey everyone! Last Monday I dived into this super Kawaii kit and actually finished it the same afternoon… and I’m finally getting around to posting it!
I know most people like to share “work in progress” snippets, but I have zero chill—I just have to dump it all at once! It’s like those people on WhatsApp: you’re either a “one giant paragraph” person or a “one word per message” person. Take a wild guess which one I am!
This kit was definitely a breeze compared to the Alice in Wonderland one. Honestly, I think anything I build from now on will feel easy (yes, I’m still traumatized, haha!).
I’ve included some “before” photos where you can see I bought some new accessories to keep my feline assistant from getting too naughty. Spoiler alert: It didn’t work. Charly still went full gremlin and bit the cable! .
I also decided to customize it a bit! I had some spare pieces lying around and added a tiny Sylvanian Families bear. I think he looks adorable in there—my inner child is definitely giving me a standing ovation for that choice!
Thanks for looking! Sending a huge hug to you all!
P.S.: Yes, I know the sign is crooked! I only noticed it once I took the photo, but don’t worry, it’s already fixed. Please, just pretend you didn’t see it—if you don’t look at it, it doesn’t exist! !!
I did not notice until you said something! That bread oven like a bear? How cute is that. Your little sylvester guy looks great in there. A perfect match!
Everything about this post is just adorable. I like those little wire cages you have for storing parts after they are built. I always notice SOMETHING after I’ve uploaded my pics as well. You did a great job. I have heard that Alice In Wonderland can be a nightmare for many. But you made it through.
The Teddy’s Breadbox is such a cute kit along with your Slyvanian family bears. Your cat Charly is such an adorable one, watching you building your wood pieces. Yes, I couldn’t agree more. Fries + coke are perfect combination after building a kit.
I absolutelly love this post and everything in it. The cuteness of your lines, the guest bear, your assistant falling asleep after taking so much care of it…
This turned out absolutely adorable! The little bear you added fits perfectly in the scene and gives it such a cozy story. And Charly clearly took the role of “assistant” very seriously! It’s such a cute and cheerful build. Thank you for sharing all the photos and the fun behind it.
