Today, my update is about the lighting and wiring of my Becka’s Baking House. Actually, this is my favorite part of building miniature. I like working on the lights.

These are the materials needed for the lighting of Becka’s Baking House.

Twisting of the wires really did test my patience here as I want my braid to be smaller. :laughing: I remind myself to enjoy twisting while doing this or take a short break if my patience snaps off since you can notice a small progress while twisting the wires.

Yay! There it is done. Finally! :laughing: I’m very satisfied on the outcome of the braids.

I got a little nervous when I first checked the light because it’s not working on my first try and got worried since I got this kit long months ago, worrying if it has defect. I troubleshoot it once and there you go, it’s working finally. The battery box is placed behind the kit. It’s not noticeable so the design is very brilliant. I’ve glued the banner Bakery and Desserts on the top wood after finishing the lights.

I am not a fan of twisting the wires either…so I only twist them as far as I need to (like where they need to be tucked away or hidden behind a beam). Whatever happens beyond the viewing area, I don’t even mess with it…LOL!

Hahaha I can tell you I never twist my wires neatly so well done to you! :pink_heart:

I think the quality of Robotime is really good I’ve made so many kits and never once had a light that failed so I hope it stays that way. :laughing:

Thank you so much. :laughing: My short temper really test me on twisting those wires. I really hope so and I think it’s very rare to get a lighting that has a defect but the worry is real if the lights don’t work on the first try. :laughing:

You’ve twisted the wires very neatly. I haven’t made many miniatures yet, but I wouldn’t be able to stand it if the wires weren’t neatly tucked away. I always found the technical part of building the most fun too :smiling_face:

Same since I have an OCD, I don’t like to mess on my crafts. :laughing: Yes, I agree. It’s like an achievement for me when I’ve managed to turn on the lights of the kit. :laughing:
