📖 [ROKR Journey] 5th update on the Dream Gift Factory

I am down to my last 10 pages and having trouble connecting this piece on the build.

After some patience, I was finally able to connect them.

And here’s another tricky piece of the build - connecting the Production sign. I am not able to completely push it to the build because the wood got soft after so much pushing

I just let it be to prevent further damage. It still looks good for me and doesn’t seem to affect the overall look of the factory (in my opinion)

And finally attaching the back piece and admiring all the details.

And there’s even a cozy little fireplace on the bottom side with working doors.

This build is challenging but definitely rewarding. I believe tomorrow is the day I get to finish the factory

The fireplace is so cute  i have never noticed it before when seeing this build! I cant even tell what you mean about the sign  so i am going to say it looks fine. Maybe someone who has built it will be able to notice but i wouldnt stress over that either

It’s spectacular! It’s really starting to take shape, I love it. Plus, the interior details, like the fireplace, are things you normally don’t notice once it’s fully built and you’re just looking from the outside. You’re almost there!

It’s looking great! Did you try sanding and waxing the tabs for the sign ? It’s always best to support if from the back side (inside the building) while pushing them in.

The fireplace is currently my son’s favorite place to look at. He keeps opening the doors to check it. Hehehe

Yes, I did sand it but unfortunately the part got soft already so I didn’t want to put much effort onto it anymore because I am afraid it might break.

This is an amazing build. I love the little fireplace. I have a fireplace here too and looking at your build makes me want to decorate it too.

Maybe sand the tabs of the sign and wax it . Then it should slide in all the way

Looking good :star_struck: If a piece doesn’t fit properly, you can sand it so you can push it in better without damaging the wood. Good luck with last part

On the backside make sure you have clearance on the drive belt sprocket to the building edge. I had binding there and had to make minor adjustment to have belt freely rotating. Just an FYI.Text

Yes, I do have some space in there, had been wondering if I did anything wrong because of that space. Now that it’s complete I finally understood that it’s for the belt.
