It is looking really good already 
The only problem I have been encountering is getting big splinters on thin pieces but good thing I can still use them.
I can’t stress how much fun it is to build. I am now so torn on which ROKR kit to buy next.
Avoid splinters by using a razor knife to cut the nubs holding pieces in from the back side. I am missing my left index finger and the first joint on my right index finger. You got this!

How sweet of you to choose a kit for your wife. I also want building as a family thing but my husband is more into games during his free time. Maybe I will let my daughter build my next Super Creator to see if it interests her.
I also want to build this slowly but my kids just want let me LOL they kept on pushing me to go to the next test run hahaha they’re more excited than me.
Haha i totally understand your kids pushing you as they can play with the kits. When my wife is building that one i am planning on buying s full metal kit to see it i like making those and to have a new experiance. You habe to cut parts from metal sheets and slide and bent then together to make a model car or plane or whatever
