I first played it in 4th grade at my best friend’s house with her family and I’ve loved it ever since. It holds a really special place in my heart because I even played it again when I was pregnant with my son

Aww, this made me smile. I used to do the exact same thing but with my dolls as my customers. Pretending with pets sounds fun too since they move around… Good thing they didn’t chew on your toys

I didn’t have board games, but I was always the one to come up with the imaginative stories and games. I made up intricate little worlds and stories, roping in my school friends to play make believe.
I think this is why I love the mini kits so much - it takes beautiful dreams and turns them into something we can see. 
I used to build train sets so this one brings back some childhood fun.
Back when there were no phones or PCs, we relied heavily on imagination, stories, and the like—it was a wonderful time.
I agree, I feel like we had something children these days don’t get as much opportunity to enjoy.
