ROKR classic gramophone (hand crank vs electric)

ROKR classic gramophone comes in two versions:

  1. Hand crank
  2. Electric

Does anyone know how to tweak the hand crank version to run continuously like electric?
Is there a customized motor or part I can add to the piece?

I think you can convert the gramophone and order a part from Robotime. I think @Robotime can help you further.

Thank you all and thank you @CustomerService for the update! Glad to hear there is an add-on part available. :slightly_smiling_face:

I actually ordered that part and when I eventually get to the antique section, you will see that soon. I have some crazy ideas for this diorama and care will be apart of this section and each will have lights and more.

@Robotime is there a way to add a better needle to get a cleaner sound or ways to make it sound a bit cleaner? If not, I might ask a person that I know for support on this. Either way, its a great build and can’t wait!

Hi Yes, upgrading to a better cartridge can improve the sound quality. We’re currently using a crystal cartridge, you can take that as a reference.
